Presentation of new RWTH moodle features

For the start of the winter semester 2021/22, the CLS offers a few online presentations to lecturers, presenting the features that have been newly available on RWTHmoodle lately. This includes the features released with the update to Moodle version 3.11 as well as the plugins "Etherpad" and "StudentQuiz", which can now be used in the course rooms by all managers.
