New feature: Emojis for the Atto editor

An emoji icon has been added to the Atto editor toolbar. With a mouse click on it, emoticons can be embedded into texts if required. A large selection of emojis and other topic-specific icons is available for this purpose. The Atto editor is used in RWTHmoodle wherever text has to be entered.
