Faster sending of Forum and Announcement notifications

◄ New feature: Use streaming videos as an activity (also makes video import easier)
Important changes and new features in June 2021 ►

Since the maintenance on 19 May 2021 e-mail notifications for announcements and forum posts are sent out with only 5 minutes of delay instead of 30 minutes. This way, students will get important information faster. Also, students will benefit as the shorter delay will allow your fellow students, tutors, and managers to react faster to your questions.
