Update to Moodle 4.1.3 - course content indentable again

With the update to Moodle 4.1.3 it is now possible again to indent activities in the course room, i.e. to move them slightly to the right. By indenting it is possible to give content on the course page a fine granular structure. The option of indenting is available when using the standard course format Topics format .
