In the 2025/26 winter semester, examiners will be able to test the Exam Scan plugin for Moodle developed at RWTH Aachen University. This plugin allows paper-and-pencil exams to be customized by incorporating QR codes and prepared for digital correction processes and digital exam reviews. The plugin has been continuously developed since 2024 and is also an intermediate step on the way to central digital archiving of exams in the electronic exam file ELPA.
